Exhibitor Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

The application process will begin on 1 August 2018. Applications for exhibition space must be made using the exhibition application form via the link below.

The form must be completed by the person responsible for bookings and payment. By completing the exhibition application form, the booking is binding. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect in case of merger or acquisition of the contracting company.



Exhibition Fees:

  • -3 x 3 square metre stand @ R15 000.00
  • -Space includes: Trestle table, Electrical supply, Carpet, Smart brochure stand, Stand build up and breakdown


Exhibitor Benefits:

  • -Company name & logo on the Sabic conference brochure
  • -Company name will be on all Sabic event material & social media platforms


Payment Conditions:

  • -The total exhibition fee will be invoiced upon receipt of the completed exhibition application form and 50% is due immediately to guarantee your reservation
  • -Final payment is due by 15 October 2018


Cancellation Conditions:

  • -Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to: Grace Mampane bookings@mzevents.co.za


Cancellation Fees:

  • -NO refunds will be issued for cancellation


Exhibition stands must be completed, ready and manned by 16:00 on 14 November 2018.
